Welcome to Our SongBird Family

I'm Mary Perelka, and music has been woven through my entire life. There's nothing I love more than connecting people through song and watching them discover what their voices can do.

I've performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall to the USS Constitution, and served as a Ceremonial Vocalist during my time in the Navy. But here's what captivates me most: the profound impact music has on young people! I have had many titles but "Miss Mary" is my all time favorite. 

A Special Place in My Heart

Homeschool Chorus holds a special place in my heart. I pulled my own children from public school in 2017 and homeschooled them both through graduation, so I understand intimately what you're carrying as a parent-educator.

My training with Berklee School of Music and Boston Conservatory prepared me for performance, but it's the privilege of bringing families together at my studio—building social connection, cognitive growth, reading skills, self-awareness, and so much more—that I'm truly grateful for.

What Our 90-Minute Class Looks Like

Wednesdays, 1:30–3:00 PM

No class on holidays or inclement weather days

Investment

$90/month

Sibling discounts available

Covers weekly classes, two rehearsals, and spring performance—about $18–22 per class.

Life happens—if you need to miss a class due to illness or other circumstances, I completely understand. There are no make-up classes or prorated refunds.
